ATTIC/ROOF - Access, insulation, ventilation, framing, roof surface, flashing, exposed wiring, air handler, condensate pans and disposal lines, penetrations, drainage, overhangs, gutters and downspouts.

GARAGE - Overhead doors, automatic opener and safety reverse, attic access, entry doors, electrical outlets, fire separation, lighting, floors and walls.
